Darnell McCain was the technician that serviced my car. After thoroughly testing my car battery, because I had to get it jumped started prior to driving it in, it was determined to replace it. Thank goodness it was still under warranty! Darnell also was nice enough to "find" a coffee cup for me because none were available otherwise. He was very generous and kind.
