Scott went beyond sales to help me get into a used Cadillac on his day off. He not only brought the car to me to test drive, but later the same day he took me to my credit union to pick up the check to purchase the Cadillac. The lot was closing at 6pm and he talked to finance and arranged for finance to wait until we could get back there with the check so I could drive home! Briefly, I had been without a car for 5 days due to a car accident in April, where my Cadillac was totaled by my insurance company and I was stranded due to unusual circumstances.

The finance team for the documentation was efficient and responsive as well. We were looking for unique color combination, so a local purchase wasn't possible for us. It was a joy and a delightful experience dealing with Jordan Faust in buying our new car.
