We are new to area and needed another car. Last one we bought was not that great so we were weary of getting another one in an unknown area. We came across Harper House Auto and took a chance. From the beginning Shane gave us as much info as possible and we felt comfortable dealing with him. When we looked at vehicle he let us know everything about it and that they carefully select the vehicles they buy. It has been over a month now and no issues with the vehicle. This was not my experience with Harper House Automotive! Shane Harper worked with me over the coarse of several days making sure I got just what I wanted. He made things really easy and wasn't pushy at all. He let me take the car for the day to get checked out by the mechanic of my choice. In fact he encouraged me to do so and even offered to drop it off for me. The mechanic found a few small things the car needed and Harper house made sure to fix those things and took care of every request I made without hesitation. They got me the price I needed to make it work for me even though they could have sold for more. The customer service I got was far beyond my expectations in both quality and friendliness. I highly recommend this dealership to individuals and families looking for a dealership they can trust!
