Service Department has always been top notch. This is my 3rd Subaru that I’ve bought from Five Star Subaru and have not had any problems or complaints about the service that I have received.

I came in for tinted windows appointment. I wanted all 4 windows are tinted even tho the package only comes 2 windows are free. I asked the technician and he suggested not to spend extra money on tinting all windows because the rear windows are already tinted. I really appreciate the honesty and professionalism. The manager Jason checked in with me time to time to make sure some was taking care of me. I absolutely love this dealer and highly recommend to everyone!
Five Star found the car I wanted and sold it to me for a good price. BB was pleasant to work with and took the time to answer my questions. I prefer buying from Five Star because we've had such positive experiences with their service on our other Subarus.
I'm very happy with my new car which I purchased from Five Star Subaru in Grapevine. Overall, I had a positive experience and would like to thank Darryl Frazier. He was fantastic! He was professional, answered all my questions, sent the info I need, NO PRESSURE at all, straightforward and no playing with numbers and even made sure that I was taken care of until his last day at work. It was just sad that I wasn't able to close the deal with him. I also would like to thank Latif, who took over and was helpful as well as Derek Adams. I highly recommend Five Star Subaru.
Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tire rotation. The service attendant was very attentive and the service was fast and prompt.
