With our vehicles lease-end approaching, we did our due diligence to find our next vehicle; visiting local dealerships, eyeing our options, aesthetically speaking and doing our own compare – contrast research on our favorites. When we had whittled our list to four we went seeking test drives. We started at two dealerships, where we had previously owned several of their makes and models and with history of dependable vehicles/good trade-in values.Here we found nothing in stock on the lot of what interested us. At one dealership a customer and ex-employee assisted us finding a salesman and vehicle brochures while we walked a lot and she awaited her car servicing! We even had one salesman offer us a test drive with his wife’s vehicle as there again was none of the particular vehicle available; as soon as it was a repaired from a recent accident that is ! Then we walked into Huttig Nissan, never having owned/leased a Nissan nor dealt with the Huttig family before. It was like night and day. The vehicles of interest were on the premises, and we were greeted by a courteous and above all knowledgeable salesman, Connor Jubert. after a seamless negotiation, we leased our first Nissan, a beautiful, deep blue Pathfinder. We are now part of the Huttig family for at least three years, possibly more, but one thing is certain; we will definitely be recommending to family and friends when seeking their next vehicle to come and speak with Connor at Huttig Nissan.

Exceptional Service During a Vacation Breakdown! I recently had a breakdown during a family vacation and had the pleasure of dealing with the Huttig Nissan dealership in Plattsburgh. From the moment I called, the service I received was exceptional, and it made a challenging situation much more manageable. Don, the service manager, was incredibly friendly and understanding. Despite being in the midst of a busy day, he assured me that they would do their best to fit me in for a diagnosis. That level of customer care and willingness to help immediately put me at ease. I was skeptical to deal with car salesman due to previous experiences in others dealership and since we did the first step on the dealership they treat us with transparency and trust.Tammy Mousseau took care at the end on the delivery by explaining the car functions in a excellent way. The presentation and the preparation of the car wash detailing it was fantastic and enjoyable. This dealership and all of their staff are excellent workers. We are looking forward in the future to do more deals with Huttig.

Based on previous experiences I would personally rather not deal with car salesman, but Connor just acted like a human and listened to what I wanted in a car and produced that for me. It was painless and I highly recommend him.
