We bought an NX 350 last month and the sales reps were fantastic. Lauren was great and worked with us while we were undecided as to which model to buy. Kevin was easy to listen to regarding the technology on the car. The manager, Ed was very professional and treaty me in a like manner. Just purchased a new 2025 LEXUS RX. Kevin Goggin our salesman was amazing and extremely knowledgeable in all things LEXUS! He showed us multiple cars and was able to obtain the exact color and trim that we wanted. We were able to pick it after making him show us every color in the lot. A wonderful experience as soon as I walked in the door until I drove away with my first Lexus on my birthday last week! I want to thank Ed Khaffaf and Kevin Goggin for making this happen. I was nervous and not certain which car would be right for me. They were very patient, professional, knowledgeable and put me at ease. The test drive was smooth and easy. Wonderful experience! This place is legit! I inquired online about a used Nissan Murano. Chris Burd immediately reached out. From the beginning of the conversation, his pricing was fair and transparent. On the way home from my son’s freshman year of college, we stopped to test drive the vehicle. This dealer was on our way home, right smack in the middle of our 6 hour drive. I fully expected to like the car, but did not expect for this dealership to offer a fair price on my trade. Chris’s pricing included the advertised online price, $175 documentation fee, tax, and registration. When signing for the car, I met with Mitch. He walked me through signing. He knew we still had a long drive home in rush hour and expeditiously handled the paperwork. Additionally, he did not pressure me with any warranty or service plans. If you have shopped for a car recently in the Long Island, or NYC vicinity, you are aware of the ridiculous, unethical pricing tactics of advertising one price, then adding a disclaimer of price is after a $3000 down payment etc. I will not buy from these other dealers. If you shop around, you will find an honest place like Lexus of Orange County. I highly recommend, and it would be my pleasure to do business with them in the future.
