I am still in WOW with how everything worked out. I know this was all orchestrated by Jesus. We've been looking for a very long time for a Chevrolet Silverado. Certain color, certain trim etc. Looking for all the specs and all the things we were wanting this one truck had. I seen this truck on car cargurus, I messaged them, and the salesman Todd was very prompt. We live 2 hours away and we talked everyday about this deal for one week. Todd kept his word on many things about this truck, spoke to his managers and what we hoped for happened with the price. Our schedules just wouldn't match, and he then told me about delivery I was even more stunned of another blessing. The truck was impeccable. We did not have to go see it in person, test drive it, nothing. I knew in my heart this was the one. I trusted Todd with his words, and he did not let me down. Speaking to his mangers Octavia, and finance department Lori was kind and so down to earth. Then when delivery came, Dominick and Virginia were so kind during all the paperwork signing, in our home. The upmost easiest dealerships I have ever worked with. One of the best experiences we get to talk about in our lives to others. I highly recommend this dealership for your future vehicle. Was a very good experience. We came to a out the door price, got great financing and was able to complete all this by email. Reed-Lallier also offered to deliver the car to our home 2 hours away. Ray Johnson delivered our car, completed all our paperwork and helped set up some features on the new car.

My experience with the car salesman Ron McCall was great. From the minute I walk in the door he treated me like a loyal customer. But I am very unhappy with the sale manager Jason and the financial rep. They were not up front about the pricing especially the addendum on the vehicle and the correct payoff. Also financial rep sold me two products that I didn't need and I when I returned and asked about cancellation I was told I must wait. I said I will not be purchasing a vehicle from this dealership again and advise anybody doing so to think twice about it. But the blessing for me is when I returned to resolved these issues I found out that there are people like Lora financial manager who still care about loyal customers. Her and humble Ron might be the reason I return to Lallier.

Sales manager, Aaron McNeil, is very knowledgeable and explains all the bells and whistles that came with my new Chevy Trax. We got a good deal and are very satisfied.
