What Others Say

They called me in for the third time to make a trade and they lied

Very pleasant buying experience at Nissan of Cleveland. No pressure, friendly staff and service dept. Clarence was extremely helpful and genuine. Thank you all

I was there on Jan.16 to have my car looked at.I over heard this gentleman talking rudely and browbeating an elderly woman ahead of me.Talk about ride.i told my wife we need to go elsewhere.if he called her a LIAR.who dose that

Bought a new truck cash December 16th 2019. The satellite radio wasn"t working. Called the dealership and they told my wife it takes up to 24 hours to get it turned on. Okay. 24 hours pass still not working. So we have to take it in. Service tech tells us he dosen"t know whats wrong. Service manager says he"ll pu in a call to Nissan. We finally have to call back up there. Well the service manager tells us he hasn"t heard from Nissan so he didn't bother to call us. 2 WEEKS LATER I HAVE TO CALL NISSAN CORP. They gave me a case number and said I could take it to another dealer for service. Nissan East in Chattanooga. Took the truck in and the service tech found a short in the antenna assembly. IN 1 DAY! Very dissapointed in the way we were treated after the sale.

Here's a story to show you sometimes you have to walk on dealerships that are unwilling to work with you. So I got up today with the goal of getting something with better economy and a lower payment. I chose Nissan of Cleveland because of the closeness to my house and I know some great people employed there. I used to work for the Watson family back years ago and thought prett highly of how they conduct business. The salesman was great to deal with and I figured this would be easy come and go deal. I gave a box to fit the loan/car in and to my dismay the "manager" shannon couldn't hit it (should had been easy) even though it was reasonable terms imho. They had this blue versa advertised @ 16,249. Well they come out at almost 20k with there price I was informed they can't sell it at the prices on there website... (False advertising?) Then act like he is doing me a favor because my loaded out turbo Sentra is apparently worthless (lmao) he basically told me if I could get a better deal to go there (don't want my buisness? Again lol) So recap I've got a awesome credit score I've got a great job I wasn't belly up in the sentra (Why did I get "ran" off by a "manager" in Cleveland) So I called Nissan of Chattanooga east, gave them the same box to fit, and guess what they made a sale tonight.. because they made it work , they sold the car at what it was advertised at. They stayed late and we're nice and professional. Amazing isn't it. So if your interested in a Nissan drive on by Cleveland .

I had a salesman and his manager flat out lie to me. Very shady here. They have employees recommending their own dealership on on Facebook
