Recently went to Royal to find a used car after an accident left my car totaled. Harold greeted my wife and I with a great personality that made us feel right at home. I never write reviews. Just don’t feel the need. However, today it is justified. I went to look for a car today. It was my fourth day looking. I stopped in at Royal to see Marvin (we had spoken on the phone prior). He was so helpful, and knowledgeable. He made what could have been a nightmare of a day for me seem painless and simple. He had a great spirit, and stayed positive even when I might not have been. He helped me find a solution to every issue I faced today buying a car.
