Felice and James have bent over backwards to assist us in purchasing two used vehicles in the past 6 months. We were urged to go here by a client and were very happy with the experience we had. Felice showed us several cars that my wife was not excited about, so he said he would call us in a couple of days if he found something she might like. He called her and said he was holding a new trade-in that had just come in. My wife was ecstatic about it and Felice worked wit James and made sure the financing met our needs. When I suddenly found myself in need of a vehicle this month, they both worked hard to make us as happy for a second purchase as we were with the first.

A pleasant experience buying a car from Felice at Wedekind Motors. Very attentive but not at all "pushy". The dealership was very flexible regarding availability for picking up the vehicle. Large selection of inventory and the Ford Escape was the right car for my daughter. I will return when another vehicle is needed. Thank you Felice!

We were greeted when we arrived at WEDEKIND MOTORS to see if they could help us. I had talked on the phone earlier with a sales person to see if the vehicle I was looking at on the internet was still available. We were told to ask for Felice when we arrived which we did..Felice was friendly not pushy. The managers, owners and staff were friendly and answered all of our questions. We did want to buy the vehicle. We feel they were honest and sold us the car for a win win deal for both of us. We arrived at 11:00 AM and drove out of their lot with the new (used) car that had all the paper work done, car cleaned and serviced in 4 hours. It was a very nice experience. We now own a 2016 Chrysler Town and Country van that is almost new. (15,923 miles) Would highly recommend them to do business with. Joy and Tim, Buskirk NY
