Making an appointment was easy to do online. I had selected the option to be dropped off while my vehicle was being worked on. The dealership got me a Lyft. I got a video of the inspection of the vehicle which was the first time I've had this done and it was a fantastic surprise. I appreciated this service. Once the vehicle was completed though there was back and forth communication about how I was to get back to the dealership. I was never told that the dealership doesn't bring you back. I thought A) not being told and B) not having that service and expecting customers, who's car is in the shop try and get back to the dealership. Otherwise, price was comparable to other service departments.
I had a very good experience through the whole process of purchasing my F150. Starting with Brenda, who I spoke with on the phone, and showed me the different colors of the V8 that Armando Torres had found for me. Between Armando’s effectively crunching the numbers and Brenda answering all my questions as well as picking up the phone every time I called her made it happen. Overall, my perspective and opinion is Armando Torres crunched the numbers, Ali in finance did his job but Brenda was the glue that made it all come together for a much better experience. Thank you, Brenda and your team!
