All of the sales representatives that we dealt with were excellent. The dealer prep could have been better. There was no fluid in the window washer canister. I poured 1/2 gallon of window washing fluid in when I arrived home. Other than that the dealership did an excellent job preparing the vehicle. The 2026 Ford Maverick now comes with only a short supplemental owners manual. The manual is comprised primarily of warnings of what Not to do. I am 73 and I miss the days when you received a complete owners manual when purchasing a new vehicle. My wife and I will go online to learn more about the features of our new Maverick. We had great luck with our 2005 Ford F150 and we hope to have many trouble free years of use with our new 2026 Ford Maverick. William J. Hopper

Very easy to schedule appointment online. Evan was very professional and engaging. I was impressed with the detailed video review of my vehicle and the text follow ups on status of completion which was completed quicker than expected.
