Everyone is so welcoming and professional at this dealership. Manager Joel(awesome), advisors Alex, eidth(professiinal) & technicians steven and others (owning it with integrity) are so helping that my LR experience has been very good that I will continue my business with JLR Livermore. Best
I had good interaction with the sales staff, especially Lydia and Adam. They were helpful, professional, listen to what I was asking for. I enjoyed meeting both of them very much.
Very informed, accommodating to my time and needs, had car ready for the test drive without having to jump through any hoops. No pressure to buy and was ready to answer any questions!
There was a grease stain left on my visor from the service dept but Alex provided me a detail service which cleaned it up. Only problem was how long it took for the initial service and then coming back for the detail and being without a vehicle.
I appreciated the detail in the work order to make sure everything was taken care of. Friendly staff.
The team are always polite and helpful. They work with ether customers to find the best solution needed. Highly recommend.
