Kenn Olson is the best service technician at Gosch Ford. I am a friend of Marc‘s and we service his swimming pool at his residence. I will let him know what a great job Ken is doing in service. We had an ongoing problem with my lightning truck and with his patience, we finally figured out what was wrong and got it repaired. I would give Ken and the gentleman that fixed my truck five stars and will let Mark know what a great job everybody did to make this happen for me. Thank again for your excellent work on my truck. Everything went great with we needed to get done and was very happy with purchasing ford edge
Chris was very helpful. He got me taken care of efficiently. Got me into a rental. Got my truck fixed which happens to be my first Ford so I’m not really familiar with flow at any four dealership. Thankfully, GOSCH took care of me.
Quick and smooth, and not much haggling. Very excited to drive my new raptor home!
