Everyone has been very nice & accommodating. My only issue has been that while servicing my vehicle the tech removed the screws holding the cabin air filter in.. then sent someone to ask if I wanted them to replace the filter for an additional $100.. I told them no. Later purchased my own filter for $20 & replaced it myself in less than 5 minutes. Somehow I can’t understand why they would have charged me an additional $100 for that.

Wow!! I had a tremendous day at Stanley Wood Chevrolet dealership yesterday. Scott Wood and Gannon the sales people were full of knowledge on what car I needed and could afford. The Chevrolet Trax is a great car. They have a great variety and selection! Gannon was a great help showing all the car features. Sheri was great in the paper side finance. All the dealership is full of friendly, knowledgeable people that are great, truthful, and informative. I'll drive ,2 hours again to do business with them. Thank you! Wow!
