I’m a “ waiter” when I have my care serviced and the accommodations are very pleasant. The waiting area has a television, a children’s area, and is stocked with beverages and snacks.

Ended up at Jeep dealership to get my Kia oil change and tire rotation. Took over 1 1/2 hours. Usually takes about hour or even less.

Always on time and finishes the work in the estimated time. Waiting area is comfortable and has a TV, a child's area, comfortable seating, beverages, snacks, and restroom available.

Had warranty work done kept it overnight gave me a ride back to Bucyrus and offered to come get me when my Jeep was ready if I needed one

Quick service, however when our jeep was pulled into the line it was VERY close to the car in front of it.

I was super happy with how friendly and nice and helpful everyone was. Happy with my tires and services. Also my car was clean when I got it back
