As a first-time customer, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but my experience at Rallye Lexus was exceptional from the moment I walked in. I was greeted right away by the front desk, and everyone I encountered was genuinely polite and welcoming. Mr. Nenad Maksic, my salesperson, introduced himself shortly after and brought me to his desk to go over my options. He explained everything clearly and patiently, and the test drive was relaxed, giving me plenty of time to get a real feel for the car. Nenad was incredibly knowledgeable and answered all my questions thoroughly. When it came time for delivery, he made the process completely smooth by arranging a Lyft to pick me up and bring me to the dealership. I ended up leasing a Lexus RX 350 in my preferred color, and I couldn’t be happier. Nenad even surprised me with a gift and followed up the next day to make sure I was enjoying the car and that everything was going well.
