I had one of my best experiences at a dealership with Peter Soloman. I needed to meet someone fast, test drive, and make a quick decision about a vehicle and Pete was there the whole way giving me information right when I needed it. Pete was extremely professional, providing a clear, fair quote for the vehicles I was interested in and avoided any sort of the ugly, shady dealer tactics that you hear about and that I was running into at other Toyota dealers in the area. When I asked for an OTD quote, Pete immediately got it together and sent it back to me in a short amount of time, answering all my questions knowledgeably and quickly, and really stepping in to convince his manager on my behalf. His manner took a lot of the stress out of the car buying experience for me. While the timing just wasn't right for the available models on the lot and the models which were coming into Suburban Farmington Hills and I did not ultimately purchase, I certainly would have bought from Pete if the available inventory was a closer match.
