What Others Say

My favorite dealer is Nationwide Nissan in Timonium. The staff is friendly and the prices are more than fair. They will work with you to make sure you get what you want at a deal that works.

Stay away from this dealership, yes that have one or two people working there who know the meaning of customer service and practice it, but Argon is not one of them. He gave me answers which I feel where half truths. He side stepped questions and never provided me with paperwork which I requested. He told me time and time again that the car I wanted was on the lot, even provided the VIN #, only to be told when I got there it had been sold or was at another dealership. Expected me to sign the paperwork for a car before I even saw or drove it. Bad experience. I drove to Younger Nissan in Frederick and saved close to $4,000, cause there where no hidden fees

I brought a Certified Used Car that was to have two keys, called salesman 18 times and sales manager twice. They set me up to go to service and showed up with no record from salesmen. Priced the key at $420.00 at another dealer....this was my second vehicle in three years, what a way to treat a repeat customer. Still waiting for my key.

I brought my Nissan into the service center for a 'free' inspection. They said the car needed about $3,000 worth of work. I take maintenance of my car seriously, and I was shocked that it needed that much work. I then took it to the mechanic I have been using over 20 years. He looked at all the items listed that needed attention from the 'free' inspection and could not find any evidence to support almost all of them. I instead spent a bit over $400 and not $3,000. I can't imagine ever bringing my car into this dealer for service.

at present , I am not pleased with the service. Car continue to have the same problem with fan belts. Need Help with recurring issue. Techs. need to provide the service need.
