Camping at a nearby state park our running board broke which meant that continuing on safely could be a problem. Thankfully Murray Ford was nearby. Daniel, the service mgr, was awesome! Without a service appointment he stepped right into the issue and helped resolve the challenge which meant we could continue our vacation safely. His generous attitude and service speaks well of his character and the dealership as a whole. Especially given that we were out of towners and would not be prospects for future service. Very thankful!!
