Our experience was amazing. We found the vehicle that we wanted, set up an appointment, came and checked it out. It was immaculately detailed. The vehicle was/is in excellent shape. The owner was super friendly, not pushy with anything, negotiated with us, knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. He processed the paperwork. After we signed the paperwork and brought the vehicle home, we realized we were missing a mat. He gave us a whole set of new excellent quality mats. He has also offered to assist us with any upgrades we would like to do with this vehicle.
