We took possession of the car yesterday and we’re very pleased with it. Robbie was very helpful with all the information, paperwork and details required for our purchase. I will highly recommend Luxury Auto, should anyone ask me for help in locating a replacement vehicle.
Brought a Range Rover 2017 March 13 car was in the shop March 23 ..I had problems every since so frustrating from putting an used engine in there the car leaking the tired was f^*% up just bad HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND I hate I made this decision hopefully I help the next person.#Matilda's dad
Ended up flying across the country to work with Robbie on buying a GLA 45 AMG and it was a great experience from top to bottom. The staff there was kind and welcoming (despite flying in from across the country I felt incredibly welcome). The process was easy and, honestly, I'd recommend anyone buy from them.
Called on a Friday to make an appointment to test drive a S3 they had on the lot. Got there at 10 am on Saturday and left with my new car by 12:15. Probably would have been sooner if I could make my mind up quicker. This was honestly the lowest hassle, low pressure car purchase I've ever made. Everyone there was super nice and completely professional. Unfortunately I left a few items in my trade in and they were nice enough to tell me they would fed ex the items. Great customer service and care! Much appreciated guys and keep up the great work!
I went to Luxury Auto Selection to test drive a vehicle. None of the staff were wearing masks or took any precautions for COVID-19, this includes the co-founder of the business, Robbie Abbas. He did not tell me anything about the vehicle before I drove it, and did not even offered to be in the car while I took the vehicle for a test drive. As I test drove the vehicle, I could tell there were multiple red flags - the car had to have been in an accident before. At a loss, I took the vehicle back to the dealership and told Robbie it just wasn't for me. Instead of taking me for my word, he persisted to ask why. I told him I wasn't interested in buying a car from them. He immediately took offense and asked if there was anything they did to make me not want to buy the car from them. I explained to him that no one wore a mask, wiped the car down, told me about the vehicle, or drove the car with me and I'd rather buy a car from the other dealerships that are taking those measures. Robbie instantly got defensive and started arguing with me. I literally had to put up my hand to interrupt him and say "you asked" so I could finally walk out of there. All of these details are very telling about this business, and the biggest insult to me was being argued with after I answered his questions. If anyone wants to feel safe during a pandemic, know about the vehicle they're driving and be treated with respect, this is NOT the dealership for you.
I had the pleasure to meet Robbie and Jimmy They felt like family right away Bought a beautiful 2006 range rover Had to have a new transmission put in Luxury auto select paid for half This dealer ship is 1000% trust worthy And i never tryst anyone Im from burbs they hooked me up
