Highly recommend. We were looking for a very specific truck. Mentioned to Tony what we were wanting with a link to the truck at another dealership. He promptly got back to us and said that truck had been sold however he found another and was working to get it to the dealership. Without us asking, they moved the truck that night and let us know was there that morning. Had everything ready as I was out of town for work. When I got there that evening, we bought the truck. Very fair trade in price and great price on the new truck. So easy to deal with and was out within 90 min with the new vehicle. Highly recommend Tony helping you!
Huge shoutout to Joe Bowman Auto Plaza, the mechanics and my service advisor Trent Whetzel who went the extra mile for me when my car broke down in Virginia. I was treated as if I was a long time customer when I was just a crazy Yankee with a Chevy in limp mode. They were straightforward with me and completely exceeded expectations. I’m thankful for everyone I’ve had contact with there as my experience was amazing. Thank you all for letting us get home safely!
They were very prompt in responding to my inquiry through Kelley Blue Book to sell them my car. Tiffany responded by phone and text in a timely manner, and set up an appointment the same morning. When we arrived we were warmly welcomed by name and promptly served by Mr. Wright. He was complimentary of our vehicle and after driving and examining it offered a very fair price—way more than another dealership was allowing as a trade-in. A very pleasant experience.
