I drove up from out of state and was impressed by their friendly staff, organized process and overall nice facility (their inventory was super impressive!). Absolutely Great experience! Needed our vehicles fixed fast Harrison walked them through just like he said he would. He called to let me know several times where they were at on fixing them.

Braxton was courteous & knowledgeable. He didn’t use any pressure techniques. He accepted my offer without an argument. I was then ushered into Mr Jackson’s office. That session with him was unnecessary and I couldn’t wait to escape from his windowless little room. Dealing with him was unpleasant. I was very skeptical of what he was telling me, and for that reason, my response to all his proposals was “no.” He is the “finance manager.” Why did I need to talk to him if I wasn’t getting a car loan & paying cash? I guess it was to just squeeze a few more dollars out of me.
