made an appointment for a smog check on my Prius, showed up 30minutes early, was greeted and asked to wait in the cool waiting room instead of waiting in the hot sun, whwn car was completed I was briefed and paid the charges and given keys and left to continue my day.

I do like bringing my car here for service. staff is friendly and a nice waiting area. The only issue I had was I had an appointment at 10:15 and I was a few minutes early. Someone came out quickly to get my keys and tag my car they said to wait inside a service tech would check my car in. I waited 30 minutes and no one ever called me and my car was sitting in line still unmoved. finally at 11:00am I went up to the service tech and asked my name and said my paperwork was here and he had me sign it and he said it would be an hour for the oil change. I was a little frustrated because I had made an appointment for 10:15 and now at about 11:10 they had finally checked my car in. I totally get having to wait maybe 15 mins but when I have an appointment and having to wait 45 minutes before it was even checked in is not great. I have take both my cars here to be serviced because overall it is a pretty good service department. The service techs just need to check the cars in when they get there.
