Large selection of vehicles, very comfortable inside with an awesome waiting area. Everything is super clean as well
I recently purchased a 2025 Toyota Tacoma from Ed Martin, and my experience was excellent from start to finish. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with professionalism and genuine care. My salesman, Darnell Lark, made the entire process smooth, informative, and stress-free. He answered all my questions and made sure I felt confident in my purchase. I also want to recognize Chris in finance for his friendly and efficient service. He explained everything clearly and made the paperwork process quick and easy. Overall, the team at Ed Martin went above and beyond, and I couldn’t be happier with my new Tacoma. I am 56 yrs old and have bought a lot of vehicles. This is the first time I have written a review. I recently purchased a Toyota 4 runner at Ed Martin in Noblesville, Indiana. Anthony Smith was our salesman and was amazing. As we sat there waiting for all the paperwork to be done I kept thinking what an awesome experience it had been. My husband & I had agreed that we would definitely go back to Ed Martin when he was ready to upgrade to a new truck. Our finance manager (Chris Seymour) started out great. I was feeling like we were practically BFF's until we made the dastardly decision to turn down that wonderful extended warranty. I have never been pushed so hard on a warranty in my life. After saying no multiple times I finally said, "we need to move on now!" This is when the temp in the room dropped about 30 degrees. We were not friends anymore. The rest of the interaction was very tense and uncomfortable. If he were to admit it I believe our salesman was uncomfortable as well. It was utterly ridiculous!! I sat there contemplating just walking out on the entire deal. We will not be back when my husband needs a new truck in Feb. Furthermore I have vowed I will NEVER be treated the way I was treated by Chris Seymour again. I will walk next time. I realize these warranties are their bread & butter. I mean come on, there is no other reason why a customer turning it down would put someone practically in a rage. Was he really that upset for us and the financial ruin a lot of repairs could potentially cost us in the future? I wasn't born yesterday dude!!!! -

Process was quick and easy. Got everything lined up online ahead of time and was in/out in under an hour. Fair pricing.
They went above and beyond for us and our car. Staff is very accommodating and friendly and their lounge area is amazing! We will definitely be coming back.
