I got the best help anyone could have ever asked for staff top shelf service. Roy is amazing went above and beyond my expectations by far. Helped me with every little detail he could have to help make it smooth and an amazing experience Thank you so much for all the assistance I could have ever needed and more. I ordered a new limited addition STI from John Evans. The process was very complete and I was able to order the car equipped exactly as I wanted it. Within 24 hours of placing my order, I received an email from Subaru thanking me for my order and welcoming me to the Subaru family. My special order took less than two (2) months and I received several email updates regarding progress of the build and deliver dates. The vehicle arrived ten (10) days ahead of schedule. John called and set up a time the next day for delivery. Every aspect of the delivery process was professional, and pleasant. I was welcomed into the showroom and taken to a separate garage to inspect my perfectly detailed new STI! All aspects of vehicle operation were covered by Mr. Evans, financing paperwork was professionally delivered by Laurie who made this purchase the best I have ever had (and I have purchased well over 15 new vehicles!). Keith, the floor manager went out of his way to thank me for my business and make me feel welcome at Dewey Griffin! Tony from Dewey Griffin Subaru and staff were very professional and provided a low pressure sales experience. I had a couple of minot things on the used car that I found we wrong after the first week and the dealership went above and beyond to make things right for me. If you are looking for a car buying experience where they honor the preparation you have put into trying to get a fair deal this is the place for you. They were straightforward in their pricing without any hidden fees or surprises in making a deal. I got honest answers to my questions and they are interested in making a long term trusting relationship. Sitting in the lobby waiting for my issue to get fixed I overheard straightforward recommendations for service that were honest and seemed to be conscious of the consumer's budget without pressure to spend and fix right away.
