I would strongly suggest using another company. ford flex from them that had been cleaned and engine washed and detailed. looked and smelled wonderful. Less than 3000 miles later, $7000.00 was needed to repair the engine they cleaned so well.(to cover and evidence of something wrong with the car. I only made 2 payments. then both turbos blew and the water pump is leaking ready to go. Took it to the Ford dealership, and they wanted over 7000.00 just to start .to replace the turbos, and the water pump, is leaking so,it would be another 3000.00 to repair. So 10,000 on repairs on a $8000.00 car I had only made 2 payments.... NEVER BUY from CARTIVA. they are very good at fixing up cars just to unload them on you. Just Google them,.. you will see, multiple stories just like mine, or worse. so would you like to pay for a car for 3 more years, and spend 10,000 just to get it running while paying payments and full coverage insurance while it sits in a parking lot rotting? If this is what you're looking for in a car sale! Go to Cartiva! they can fix you right up! for life! They are professionals at what they do for sure! Ripping poor honest people off,, and smiling at you the whole time!

Absolute worst dealership I've dealt with in 30 years. I bought a car there 10 years ago and it stands out as the worst car buying experience of my life still to this day. I tried to buy a truck again there the other day and just gave up. They treat you like garbage from the minute you walk through the door. Literally every aspect of dealing with them was a nightmare. They won't give 1 inch on anything including test drives, you probably have enough gas to make it out of the lot. The truck I looked at is trashed, biggest xxx ive ever seen on a dealers lot. The sales stafff won't give you the time of day.
