Bought truck middle of May. In and out no hassle, very efficient. Week later we have to go back refill out the paperwork because” they screwed up”. 3 weeks later need more info from us (still not finalized). 6 weeks later temps tags expired call them they blame the mvd and Covid. the next day they call and say it needs emissions , even though the truck had a giant sticker that said emissions ok. I call to see what they have been doing for the last month and a half. The”mod” brayden tells me that’s standard at all dealerships. When I told him it is not standard he becomes a passive aggressive smartass and simply said “I guess we’re just jacking off then “. Needless to say excellent dealership and great customer service. Lol . At this point I wouldn’t use there parking lot to let my dog xxxx. They’re a A bad joke!!!

Ben was a great salesman. Although I ended up choosing a different car, I felt that Brown Brothers was trying to build their brand without beating up on the buyer to do it. They wanted to make a deal but not if it made me feel uncomfortable. I’m sure I will eventually want to buy a Jetta TDI and they will be the place I start.

I just brought my truck in for a oil change . Bob is awesome very friendly and genuinely wants to help and solve the problem. Plus they work with payments. I’ve bought a explorer from B.B. as well it’s run great with few minor fixes that bob and his team there fixed quickly and worked with us on payments. Don’t believe the social media warriors with a big mouth over 1 bad experience. xxxx happenes get over it. My experience with brown brother top to bottom has been great!
