Hi all my wife and I just purchased a new 2500 HD from Boyd. It was our first time at the dealership nice clean and organized placed. I have purchased quite few vehicles in my 70 years and had a great experience. I connected with Chuck hitch told him what I wanted to look at and he had it ready and waiting upon our arrival. Chuck was a great salesman, not pushy at all and was knowledgeable about the truck. He’s just an all-around nice guy. I would definitely buy from him again if you go there, make sure you ask for Chuck
Worse experience I've ever had at a dealership repair shop. They took my money and didn't fix anything that was wrong with the car. All they did was a tune-up and water pump, after which the car still wasn't running, and they took $3,400 to do nothing to make the car run. I even had to take it to another mechanic for an additional $2,100 of repairs, totaling $5,500 for something that should have cost only $800. Biggest fail in the history of all repair shop fails. They think they should get a participation trophy (ie. your money) just for trying to repair your car, not actually fixing it, but just for trying. There is something wrong with that kind of thinking. It makes them unethical and not trust worthy, and they will not work with you to actually fix your car after they've done nothing to fix it but still taking your money. And they will blame you and make excuses and then do nothing but take the money and run and leave you with a car that's not fixed.
Mark Brown provided us with an exceptional sales experience. Boyd clearly excels at professionalism & earning repeat business. Thanks Mark & the entire Boyd team! See you soon.
We were traveling from Florida to a family reunion. My Silverado broke down on the way. Boyd’s service department went well above and beyond in helping us out. Steven Watkins stayed late to meet us and the tow truck. He was gracious and professional and promised to do everything possible to get us back on the road. He definitely got it done! I don’t live in North Carolina but I might just travel up there to buy my next truck! Absolutely a must if you want a team you can count on.
Mark Brown at Boyd Chevrolet made this the best dealership transaction I've ever had. Thanks Mark!
Thank you Justin for an amazing experience and the GM of this store cares about his customers
