It's easy and quick to get a hold of my service advisor. I can get an appointment within a day or two and the service that is performed is done very well and quickly. And they help to keep me up on the maintenance that needs to be performed on my car so that I don't miss maintenance that need to be done.
Shasta set up the appt. and Jordan was the one that took care of me at the dealership went in to get the transmission fluid changed. He advised me I was due for coolant changed and also an oil change. Was very pleased to have it all done in about 2 and one half hrs.

Everyone is so polite and laid back. Laid back employees tell me they're treated well and not constantly micromanaged by upper management. Something far too common in dealerships.
