Never responded to my inquiry if the car was still available. Why even bother posting on Cars.com?
I reached out to them on four occasions in three different ways and they never responded back to me.
Purchased a 2020 Chevy 23000 miles. Broke down on way home. American auto sales refused to do anything. This is costing me thousands to fix , entire turbo charger needs replaced. My machanic told me that they cleared codes to get the engine light of so I would drive it off the lot not nowing I was in danger of breaking down In the middle of the freeway
Owner was rude and seemed as though I was wasting his time inquiring about a vehicle
No one Evert got back with me. Very poorly managed business obviously. Just doesn't make sense
I was very interested in the Mazda 3, but the dealership never contacted me, so I rate it a 1.
