This was really a great buying experience for me! David and Jeremy were both excellent. Over the numerous cars that I have purchased over the years, this had to be the quickest and smoothest transaction that I have ever made. I truly was pleasantly surprised; their process and customer service was on par with and even better than most authorized manufacturer dealerships. Working with David (General Manager) was extraordinary. Quite frankly, the 2015 Audi A3 TDI I purchased sold itself. It was David’s commitment to his business and his professional/personal integrity that impressed me. After purchase, there were a couple of functional matters with the car that could have been my responsibility. David did not allow it. He had me bring the car in and have his mechanic address one issue. He also alerted me that the manufacturer’s warranty (still viable) would handle the other matter. It did. Throughout, David kept in touch via text or calls from his personal cell phone; just checking in to make center I was happy. He kept saying, “I want to make certain that you have had a positive experience with us”. I have. Weeks later and the car drives wonderfully. He was even able to get a lower finance rate than my credit union. Most certainly, I would purchase another vehicle at Auto Leader. I would advise you to consider the same.
