Took 3 trips to dealership to get it fixed. Dealership is one hour away. And then a week in the shop. For a new car that is a bit much I think but at lest it is repaired now.

I purchased through amazon autos but the trade in created some issue - the Krause team reached out and was happy to help and amazon also still honored their promo. I drove two hours to this dealer, so I asked as much as possible be ready so I didnt spent all day there - they made that happen and I am very appreciative. Would be happy to drive that distance again to work with them.

As I stated previously, my work was completed on time and at no charge since the problem was low tire pressure.

The dealership’s new location is absolutely beautiful—spacious, modern, and welcoming. While waiting for my car to be serviced, I appreciated the comfortable seating, refreshments, and entertainment options like TV, which made the experience more pleasant. However, I was disappointed to find that several of my vehicle settings had been changed during service. My automatic wipers and headlights were turned off, and my climate preferences and auto hold were turned off. Additionally, the follow-up communication felt excessive, with repeated texts and emails urging me to leave a review
