My car purchase from Celebrity Cars was the most pleasant, stress-free car buying experience I’ve ever had. Everyone was absolutely great. I drove from Sacramento to Las Vegas to see the car, so it was a bit of a risk since I had no idea what to expect. I was treated extremely well and got exactly the car I had been looking for.

This was my first time to purchase a car from Celebrity Cars. I live a couple thousand miles away and reviewed the car via video and email questions. The car was represented in a professional manner illustrating the good features as well as the small faults. All the people I dealt with were professional and responsive.

Had a trade in with this company over 80 days ago. I provided them with my car and title and in return they were suppose to provided me with title of new car and the car. It has now been over 80 days since this and they have still YET to provide any kind of Title for it. Nevada State law states they have 30 days to provide a title with any purchase, but I have been very relaxed with them and listening to them say every week that it was coming that week (just for it not to ever end up coming). With all this going on they end up selling the car I traded in and now every day after 60 days I'm getting a penalty if I went to register the car. I am at the point now I'm tired of hearing excuses and have told them to send me a check for the amount they sold my car for and pick up there car. I wasn't going to go after them for any kind of trade in credit I lost on the whole transaction now (roughly $13K). They told me they couldn't do that, so instead now I'm getting lawyers involved and leaving the reviews so that other people can avoid this company at all cost!
