The worst dealer I've ever talked to told me I was a number and the car will sell without him having to send me extra pictures due to me live 3.5 hours away he didn't have anytime for me
I bought a 2004 Mercury station wagon sight unseen (except for the online information) and from talking to Cam in Virginia Fine Cars. All the information given online about the car was very accurate. Dealer salesman Sam met me and was very professional, helpful and efficient in making the sale. When I discovered there was no spare tire and contacted Sam, he was willing to pay for the wheel (not in the original contract). The car as detailed and presented is a very good buy and the sales process was very expedient and professional. I recommend buying a car from Virginia Fine Cars.
I located a 2010 Toyota Prius online. I called the dealer to find out the condition of the car. I asked if it was in decent mechanical shape and if the paint and upholstery was in good condition as well. Henry told me it was in good condition for a 2010 car. I flew out from Arkansas to check it out. Everything looked okay and it ran well. I bought the vehicle and drove it back to Arkansas. In route I discovered that one headlight was out, the radio did not work and the it was 2 quarts low on oil and the oil was dirty. It was obvious that the dealer had not even done a basic service to the car. When I arrived home I decided to lower the back seats for storage and noticed that the upholstery on both the two back seats were "shredded" which you wouldn't notice until you lower them. Also the driver seat had a major tear in the back corner of it. None of that damage showed up in any of their interior pictures online. When I took it to my local mechanic he told me it was so badly rusted underneath that he could not fix the oil leak for fear of snapping the rusted bolts off. I called Henry to complain and he told me that I should have inspected the car more thoroughly. He was well aware of the damage and said nothing to me about it. He intentionally did not show any damage in his pictures. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THIS DEALER TELLS YOU!
I was sold a 2003 gmc Yukon with a bad transmission bad engine and bad brakes and rotors they lied over and over reza sam and Henry BEWARE SCAMMERS ⚠️⚠️⚠️
I live in Maine they shipped me rusted out junk that wouldn't even pass inspection. But Rez (the sales manager) did take care of it sent me my money back and picked up the Jeep.
