I recently purchased a used Kia Sorrento. I went for a 1st service visit last week. Everyone was very friendly. I had made a mistake on my calendar and showed up a day early. They accommodated the service that day and did not make me come back the next. The waiting area has free coffee and soda available. They do a thorough multipoint inspection. They discovered a worn serpentine belt which I had replaced. I’m about to take a very long trip and would not want to be stranded somewhere by a belt failure. They washed the car prior to returning it to me. I headed out feeling very good about the visit. Unfortunately, on the way out, I accidentally caused some damage to the facility. Their primary focus was my well-being. I was asked several times how I felt. I met the general manager who was very nice. They assisted with the insurance claim. Overall, they were friendly, accommodating, thorough, kind and empathetic. This is a top rate facility that I would recommend to everyone.
I liked Hue and he helped us. The Kia Niro seems like a great car. I traded in an all electric not because it wasn’t a great car, it was but the current lack of charging stations made it difficult for me. This will change shortly. I felt trade in value was low but I chose to take it. All in all a good experience.

Sam was great to work with. Loved her! Though I did feel I was a burden or irritating to other members of the team, but that could just have been me. I made some unnecessary trips to the dealership, and it caused a lot of inconvenience. Since I was there so many times and dealt with things they said never really happened, I didn’t feel like they prioritized very well. I went there in need of a car ASAP, and eventually left with a car 3 days later. They said it look longer because I said that I was self employed but I was put on the lease as a co-signer. So it was a bit confusing. I will be back, because Sam and I had such a good connection.
Talked to salesman kirk rumlow. We were there three times to buy a new kia. The third time I brought my car for appraisal to trade in. He asked me if I had a appointment,I said I did not, I just stopped in to get the appraisal. He told me he didn't like pushy people. So I left.
They doubted I could get the loan. They said they can't sell a charger to charge the car. They tried to sell oil changes to an all electric car. They tried to sell maintenance on a maintenance free vehicle. There charger is only a level 2 at 8kw not the 350kw that Kia advertised to charge in 18min.
