After talking to Randy, I was told the MB I was interested in would be $13,999 plus tax, title, registration. When I was directed to the "GM" to get the out the door price for a cash sale, I was told, there were "dealer prep" charges ( cost of doing business guys), Destination charges ( why do I pay for your inventory, do you pay for your grocery store inventory over the cost of food). Bottom line, the $13,999 car now was $19,000 +. Note, When you buy a vehicle at auction that was damaged in an accident ( as many of their cars are) YOU pay to make it sellable, not the Customer. BUYER BEWARE, DON'T FALL FOR THIER SWEET TALKING AND INFLATED COSTS. TYPICAL USED CAR TACTICS.
Is it true that every morning all the employees have to write one review with a made-up name on a review board before they start work?. Also, how rude they are. One just has to call and make a simple inquiry before they have the nerve ask you to fill out financial applications online before giving you any answers. Who do they think they are?
Ish my dealer gave me a great deal. This was my first time buying a car and he made everything easy and uncomplicated. I 100% recommend coming to 5 towns drive.
What a great dealership and such great staff. I appreciate all the help. They were able to answer all my questions and helped me find my dream car.
After frustrations at previous used car dealerships due to false advertising or customer service that weren't providing much help, I came across 5 Towns Drive and purchased a 2016 Lexus IS 300. The customer care was extremely there and very guiding as they also assisted me on a test drive. They provided the Carfax, the care for the inspection, services, plates and registrations. The dealership carries about 100 vehicles that majority of them in great condition and low mileage. If you're interested in the market for a vehicle where you want to feel comfortable and and in the best care, then this dealership is definitely an option. Thank you Tony and Ish.
Wonderful staff members. From the first time i spoke with Jenny. She made me come over to check out the car. She gave me a very friendly and warm reception. I love my experience with them all.
