Tennessee Direct was perfect for me. I do not like going somewhere and feeling like someone is constantly keeping their eye on me, riding around with me, like they do not trust me with a vehicle I am looking at buying. Never dealt with that here. The guys let you look around, and then answer any questions you have. They also let me know beforehand there was an issue with the car, they also put that same information on the website, but it was nice to know that I didn't have to ask the "right question" to get the right answer. They were very forthcoming with information on the car. I have dealt with other dealerships that are not that way. After buying the car, there was a small issue with it. I took it back and they put me in a loaner. The loaner was nicer than the car I purchased, and they were less anxious about getting it back than I was to give it back. They wanted to make sure my car was fixed. Shaun was great, he is who we worked with to buy the car. Chad was great, he answered any question I had for him and gave extra info. Craig was great, while the car was being worked on he would call and update me.

This was the most easiest pleasant experience I've ever had buying a vehicle. The staff was very easy to talk to and not pushy. Got exactly what I wanted for a very good price. Got exactly what I was hoping for on my trade in too. Will def refer to family and friends.

The folks at Tennessee Direct were great to work with. They very very low pressure and answered all our questions before we bought our car. I would buy from them again.
