What Others Say

Just had an outstanding experience at North Trail RV. Worked with Brandon Denney who patiently worked with us in exploring Super C coaches and educated us over a series of several visits. In addition we had the pleasure of meeting Justin Graham who guided us through the purchase agreement and communicated several times in the process until our coach was delivered. Hats off to Mark Voytek for spending the better part of the day instructing us on the coach. Lastly a huge shout out to the guys in service, Mike and Bart and the others for spending the day prepping our tow vehicle and taking time after hours to help with the hook up and tow. The experience was great overall and I highly recommend North Trail RV.

This People are liars don't ever buy anything from them. Ted Fields Is the worst Sales person to try to deal with. Stay as far away as possible to theis crooked RV dealership. Thanks.

We just purchased our second class A motor home from North Trail. We also use their service department. We keep coming back because of their superior service and customer oriented employees.

Was sold a defective unit and scammed by finance by a non-refundable deposit clause. Was promised the unit was in perfect condition, put money down, arrived and sat at the dealer for 7 hours to fix 10% of the problems with the unit. Was too late to back out they said if I walked away they’d keep my $65,000 deposit. This dealer is a con artist and a scammer. Who would put a clause putting their buyer on the hook and not letting them visually inspect the unit before taking and keeping their money? Unbelievable. Shady company, stay far, far away. Was promised the Tiffin RV was in perfect working order. There’s over 20 things still broke now it’s stuck in my driveway totally unable to be used. Worst purchase and worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with in my life. These RV’s are junk, don’t buy an RV.

We recently purchased a 2012 Tiffin Phaeton and traded in our Thor as part of the deal. The bulk of the several weeks of transactions were done over the phone with the exception of my brief visit to spend the day looking at and driving motorhomes. I had the pleasure of working with Colby Dorman, who, from the very first phone conversation was helpful, available, knowledgeable, and great to work with. We looked at numerous motorhomes during my visit as well as online during the two weeks prior. At the end of the day, I selected the 2012 because of our expected usage, the overall condition of the coach and I actually liked it better than a 2017 I expected to purchase. The actual process of the purchase was easy and I appreciated the assistance I received from Michael Engh in Finance and the team in the service department for work I chose to have done with the coach. The only reasons for a 4 instead of a 5 star was: 1. This dealership does not post pricing on their website which I found unusual as well as a bit strange. It can be difficult to contemplate and negotiate a price when you are doing so based solely on what you are told from the sales person. 2. Apparently this dealership does very little work on any RV's they take in trade. There are a lot of notices emphasizing "as is" and when that is not only to protect the dealership but it also allows them to essentially need to spend nothing on their side of the transaction, other than holding costs. 3. I purchased an 11 year old RV. Again, because it apparently is over 5 years old, virtually nothing is done to it in terms of cleaning it on either the inside or the outside. Spending a little south of 200K should at least get the thing cleaned before it is delivered I would hope. Having said all that, I did enjoy the incredible selection of coaches they have on site and all of the folks I had the pleasure of interacting with there. Colby was a star and a constant guiding light throughout the process and if, and when the time comes to step it up, I will not hesitate to call him again.

In 2019, we purchased a Newmar. The sales department and salesman were most helpful. We were instructed on all the "bells and whistles" this coach has and then we were on our way. We live in Connecticut and have called the service department a few times with questions concerning the heat, air-conditioning, and a few minor issues. Most recently, we called concerning some freightliner issues. The coach was seen at 2 freightliner dealerships and they made a mess of the wires and hvac systems. Brett Howard in the service department returned my call and helped me with my many questions and took pictures inside the various basement slides where my questionable wire connections were. I can't say enough about how helpful and professional he was with my problems even 4 years after I bought my coach. Thank you North Trail and especially Brett. Charlie
