Once again your service department has gone the Xtra step!! Came in for oil change and they did a great job! They got me in quickly and found a couple things wrong with the front end. The part's department had the parts in stock and was fixed all while I waited! Thanks to all and 5 stars to Jonathan today with communication! Please keep up the good work.

Corey in sales, Alex in service and Bob Masse himself all get 5 stars. I bought a used Tahoe a couple of months ago and sent it into the service department recently for a couple of issues. Alex in service was verry professional and communicated with his technician all of my concerns with some being easy and others verry difficult. Repairs were made in a timely manor and done correctly. I thank them all along with Bob Masse for going out of his way to meet my wife and I asking if we needed any help or had any concerns. Excellent job to all of the team!
