The people at Platinum were professional and very personable. I didn’t meet anyone I didn’t immediately like. Everyone was helpful and pleasant to work with. They have a good group of individuals working in that dealership.
I came into this dealership with a list of packages I needed to be on a Rubicon. After in-depth searching Zach King pulled off the near impossible task of locating my exact match. And omg he did it!!! Zach is a rockstar, laid back and will move mountains to get you what you want.
My wife and I bought a Gladiator and a charger a few days apart. Zack King was extremity helpful and informative. His sole purpose was making us happy rather than pushing the sale. If you want to buy or trade, see Zack King.
11/20/2024, I had taken my Jeep Compass 2019 in for a diagnostics, which I was informed would take a couple days and had to leave my vehicle. On 11/22/2024, I headed up to the service department to pick up my vehicle. I had a conversation with the service rep (Mike), He was extremely nonchalant and rude. After providing me the keys to my vehicle, he told me to go find it. He didn’t know where it was within the dealership & he wasn’t going to bring out my car. It was 50 degrees outside, my fiancé, myself and 2 kids (4y/o and 3 mo) lapped the dealership 3 times on foot, once in our own vehicle and 1 time in the tow truck with no employee assistance. Not 1 EMPLOYEE HELPED US. We went back in the service area 3 times explaining to them we could not find my vehicle. After 20-30mins of walking around, frustrated, cold, tired and in disbelief of the treatment we received, we finally found my vehicle. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received and will not be purchasing or bringing any vehicle back for a service there again.
Sale consultant overall was wonderful completely explained in detail on the vehicle that I was interested in answered all of my questions to make me feel comfortable in buying it. Which I did.
I’m 75yrs old and have never been lied to and treated as I was by Zack King at Platinum Chrysler Dodge. We had a agreement made on a price with the manager,Zack called my bank with all of the information needed.I got the loan approved and was on the way to the Dealership when Zack called and told me not to come they were selling it to someone else.
