I want to start off with, this is probably one of the best service I've gotten. Service department was very helpful and friendly. Kracinda did an amazing job answering all of my questions. Service advisor communication is great and work is always done to a high standard. Have been taking my truck there for 5 years. No issues.
Kacinda Mitchell. Terrible person to work with. She knows nothing about the their own warranties they provide when you purchase a vehicle from them. She was snobby, rude, and unprofessional. If I did not have a warranty I would go somewhere else and never look back. She does not know how to do her job and doesn't know how to her job crappy and be polite. Can't be bad at both, have to choose one.

Best experience of my entire life. Quick oil change and rotate. Made my whole weekend better since I had to travel several hours away. Multipoint inspection gave me confidence the vehicle was in good shape.
