He's helpful and timely He did a lot to make sure I had a great experience.
They are on top of their job He quick on updates on vehicle and timeline
Finally some great individuals focused on good customer service and finally some experienced senior technicians
Scott was great to work with with..had many other experiences with Dick's service department that were not as customer service oriented as Scott
My appointment was for 8. The technician didn't start till 9 . I asked for prices on tires and still have not received any information, I had the Abs module replaced and ask Rick if he could pass that information on to corporate I don't know if that happened.
