Went to turn in a lease vehicle and look for a replacement car. Sales people said their system had been down for a week and could not accommodate us. Suggested we go to Irvine Kia. Why have a dealership? Very unimpressive
I have had very positive results with their service department every time I've taken my car in. The service manager goes the extra mile to make sure we get what we expect for our cars in the way of excellent service.
I was pushed into a greater monthly payment then I wanted which is very bad. I will have to re-fi very soon. I enjoyed the dealership but the finance office needs a work over.
My Keyless key was not working all that well. I thought it was a major issue. But after talking to maint. they informed me it could just be the battery in the key. They told me I could come down immediately and they would figure it out. Sure enough, I walked in, he said hand me your key, I did, and bam! New battery and I was good to go! What they didn't know is that I had a very stressful week with a very stressful move and them making the experience easy for me, I was truly grateful. Their kindness went a long way!
Excellent service in a timely manner. Professional service in a very clean and customer friendly service area. A great job by everyone there. This is my second lease with Kia since 2013.
I was in a tight situation and even though I was they were able to work with me and give me a car I was wanting and fit within my price range.
