All employees were kind and respectful. I had a very pleasant experience working.with their great staff.
This dealership was absolutely fantastic. From the instant I arrived they were there to help me. I had a flat tire and a long drive ahead of me. Alec showed me why the tire had to be replaced and explained the details how this tire was specially made for Volvo. They communicated every step of the way. Being from out of town, they made me feel right at home, like part of the Volvo family.
Everyone I came in contact with was great from the sales person, to the finance manager to the service department. My experience was above par.
Brad was friendly, courteous and provided excellent service in keeping me informed of the progress of my vehicle.
Alec was a pleasure to work with & was able to place the order for my window replacement during my oil change appointment. A definite WINNER with great service! Thank you!!
