At first, they did not fix the problem on my car correctly. My car broke down the next day while I was out of town. I called and told Dave what happened and he got me in immediately with a rental and had my car back to me, fixed properly, in a day and a half at no cost to me. Made a bad experience an amazing one and I appreciate that greatly!
