Great experience! Since the new ownership took over I can really see a difference. Great pricing and service. Glad they are turning it around
What a nightmare. I have said it before&I will say it again. I will never buy a Kia again because of the service centers. I love my car but the service centers are incompetent. They had my car for a month. Kept saying that my warranty company was denying a repair but when I called the warranty company they told me no repairs were submitted. I contacted corp and they tried to contact mgmt&no response. Twice I asked them to pick me up&was told someone would call me no one did. Finally got a ride there. When I walked in Dennis the mgr is who i spoke to. They called the warranty right in front of me. The clerk was only informing the warranty company of part of the repair. When they had the whole story it was covered in an instant. When I picked up my car my sun roof opened less then it did when I dropped it off. I brought the vehicle back and they first tried to make me pay ANOTHER diagnostic fee and they are stating that the warranty company won't cover the entire time for the repair. I called the warranty company&they cover the manufacturers suggested repair time plus 40%. The dealership service center says they cannot repair it in the covered time. Do not take your vehicle here. They are a nightmare. They literally caused the problem with the last repair and want to charge me to fix it. I'd upload video proof if allowed.
Too bad I even have to give one star to this ridiculous dealership…. From sales to finance to the worst service dept - honestly I have NOTHING positive to say about Palmdale Kia…. Oh and then the quality of the cars - don’t get me started…. Looking forward to going back to Honda….
I tried to stop by around 8:45 am, for an oil change. Nope, no service for me without an appointment. A bit unreasonable; they act like it’s a privilege to get service done. This isn't some high end Lambo or something, its an oil change for an "affordable" vehicle.
Have tried 3 times to schedule 60000 mile service, on hold for 20 minutes, couldn't give me price or what it includes. wanted me to leave overnight and would give me quote when I got there. I had 2 other services there, dropped off in am told 3 hours and both time took 5 hours. The next closest dealer is Bakersfield or LA.
