This place is one of the best dealership’s I’ve ever been too. The salesman are awesome but mostly the environment was amazing’ you all have a good day. I recommend my salesman Bekim at anytime.

These guys are the worst. I had got a BMW from them and they got me an insurance which never worked. I told them numerous times about this and they did not do anything about it and constantly lied to me about the insurance company. Finally they gave me a check equal to the insurance amount, but the check never cleared. I assume they gave me a fraud check. And now they don't answer my call or email or message.

I purchased a used car and extended service contract. I was promised the paperwork for the service contract multiple times, on multiple days, and when they failed to produce it, I asked for my money back. They only contacted me after I complained to the BBB, and then they claimed to have already sent the check to me, and asked me to remove my complaint. I told them I would update my complaint after I received the refund. I have yet to receive the check and it has been more than enough time for it to reach me by mail. They make a lot of promises that they don't keep, buyer beware.

I’ve heard about Motor Cars usa from my friend who also bought BMW X6 and told me to go there to get luxury car for good price. When I got there, couple guys were working with customers, but owner his name is Tony came to me right away asking if I’m interested in buying, he was super friendly, and what I like the most he didn’t want to just sell me, but he actuality helped me choose the best fiting car to me, I bought very good maintained BMW X5, great price I love it, and definitely like my friend I will refer them to anyone go there to buy a car.
