I have been buying cars from this company for 20 trs and the service has gone downhill. I bought a car within te last 6 months that had to go in te shop 4 tiimes in that time frame. One of the times it was a 2 week timeframe after I had just bought the car becsue they were trying to put a band aid on something and not actually go out and get the part. The service manager is very rude and doesnt car. he kind of tells you oh well. The most recent incident was this week when my key faub died and I went to replace battery only to find out they never gave me a key from the key faub. I tell them and they blmae it on me saying basically oh well. I had to pay $135 out of my pockect when if I would have the key in the first place that woud never have happened. All asked was for a reibursment or taken off my bill and i was told no. This was not my fault by any means and I was told it was. I just want a refund I dont have an extra $135 to spend when this wast my fault. I am very upset I have been a VIP customer and this is how I am treated.I would like this fixed.
They sold me a lemon car refused to fix it until the engine blew then gave me a even worse car that they had in the shop more than I had it.
They were the BEST. They were very helpful. They took the time to tell you everything you needed to know about buying a car. They answered all your questions honestly and got you the car you wanted thank you so much I couldn't be happier.
